We have also supported control system related improvements including variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems, field instrumentation and measurements, and various other equipment, systems, and/or applications.

The Partially Outsourced TEAMS approach

If you are a potential client with local resources that can aid in objectives at hand but need more oversight and direction coordination, we are happy to try to serve in that capacity. There may be an opportunity where, especially as it relates to field verifications or site surveys, efficiencies may be garnished where facility employees can fulfill data mining information, for which, once gathered and sent to Industrious Enterprises, we then can compile and manipulate for the ultimate objectives. This has a travel and expense savings benefit and cost avoidance of Industries Enterprises expenses to the client and job; however, the trade-off here is we don't physically get to see things firsthand and must rely on *accurate* data provided "by others."
The Fully Outsourced CONTRACTED approach

If you are a potential client where resources are fully tapped elsewhere and need more "turn-key" support, we are happy to try to serve in that capacity. Typically, we would arrange travel to be onsite for 3 to 5 days at a time, longer when required, and subject to circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We would perform field tasks in whatever capacity scope demanded. Once sufficient onsite objectives were met, we would depart and work remotely, traveling only as required until all goals were completed. This relieves you, the client, of any 'scope deliverable' responsibility and allows Industrious Enterprises the physical presence to get to see things firsthand and directly data mine. However, the trade-off here is the cost of travel and expenses of Industries Enterprises and the longer durations to complete objectives.
